Delete your TailMate account

Delete inside the app (fastest)

1. Open TailMate → Profile.
2. Scroll to Danger zone.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your profile, dogs, friends, and walk logs stored by TailMate.

Request deletion via email (if you can’t access the app)

Email us from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request”.

Please include: your email/username and any relevant details to help us locate your account.

What happens next

• We process deletions within 30 days and usually much faster.
• Data is removed from our active databases; residual backups are purged on their normal rotation.
• If you change your mind before the deletion completes, contact us at the email above.
